HOW DOES THE INHALATION PROCEDURE WORK? 

Inhalovanie kyslíka cez tzv.kyslíkové slúchadlá Na začiatku procedúry sa klient usadí do pohodlného kresla, alebo na pohodlnú barovú stoličku. Vyberie si arómu a tiež spôsob podania kyslíka – buď cez nosovú kanylu, alebo cez tzv. kyslíkové slúchadlá. Rozdiel v používaní nosovej kanyly a slúchadiel: Kyslíkové slúchadlá a trubica z nich ide priamo pod nos a je elastická- dá sa nastaviť. Pri nádychu sa teda 95% kyslík trochu zmieša s okolitým vzduchom, v ktorom je kyslíku len známych 20%. Kyslíkové slúchadlá sú  veľmi obľúbené u mladých , aktívnych klientov a mužov. Nosová kanyla má 2 malé nedráždiace nosové vývody, ktoré smerujú kyslík priamo do nosa a nenastáva tak žiadny únik kyslíka. Nosovú kanylu si klient kupuje, je to jeho osobná kanyla, ktorú si nosí zo sebou. Cenník nájdete tu. Za kyslíkové slúchadlá sa zvlášť neplatí a otvor na trubici, ktorá navyše nie je v kontakte so zákazníkovou pokožkou, sa po každom klientovi dôkladne dezinfikuje.

Inhaled oxygen through the Oxygen headphones At the beginning of the procedure the client/customer is comfortably sited on the chair, or bar chair. He/she can choose the aroma and also the type of oxygen inhaled – either through the nasal cannula or the oxygen headphones. The differences between the nasal cannula and oxygen headphones: The oxygen hearing aids consist from the tube which is put in front of the nose and it is flexible. As this is not the direct connection to the nose, the 95 % oxygen is mixed with the air around (20 %).  Oxygen headphones are very popular with young, active men, clients. The nasal cannula has 2 small not skin irritated nasal draws, which directly links oxygen and does not occur in the nose, so there is no leakage of oxygen. Inhalovanie kyslíka cez nosovú kanylu Doporučená denná dávka pri vdychovaní 95% kyslíka je 10 min. Počas procedúry klient relaxuje pri príjemnej regeneračnej hudbe, prípadne si číta. Veľmi osožné je to,  že klient sa počas inhalácie vedome sústredí  na dýchanie, čo už samo o sebe prináša relax. Nesprávne dnes totiž vďaka životnému tempu dýcha väčšina ľudí. Po skončení inhalácie je klient zenergizovaný, uvoľnený a má celkový wellness pocit , ktorý  v ňom dlho pretrváva.

Very useful and also recommended is that the client is focused on breathing during the procedure, which in itself brings relaxation. Most of us due to high volume of work breathe incorrectly.
